We're looking for an experienced Senior People Business Partner who excels in employee relations and enjoys partnering with leaders to build strong teams, navigate complex workplace situations, and foster a positive employee experience.If you're a trusted HR advisor who enjoys coaching leaders, conducting investigations, resolving employee concerns, and driving sound people practices, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns
Conduct and manage employee relations investigations from intake through resolution
Partner with leaders on corrective action, performance improvement, and conflict resolution
Interpret and apply company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices
Support leave administration and employee accommodation processes
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Human Resources or related field) strongly preferred
7+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant employee relations responsibility
Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and advising leaders on complex employee issues
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
